Raspberry White Chocolate Cookies

Fast & Easy.

1 Vanilla Cake Mix (I used a funfetti cake mix)
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp Raspberry Extract
1/2 - 3/4 c white chocolate chips
3 drops red food coloring (optional)

Mix all together. Spoon on Baking sheet and lightly pat down. Bake 10 min @ 310 'F.

*Can substitute butter for 1/3 c oil and the cookies turn out the same.
*I used a Funfetti Cake mix, for the spring colors because I couldn't find colored White chocolate chips
