*Another take on Raspberry White Chocolate Cookies*
Cookie Recipe:
1 vanilla cake mix
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp raspberry extract
*can substitute butter with 1/3 cup oil and the cookies turn out the same.
Mix all ingredients together, spoon small balls of dough on cookie sheet and press to 1/4 in. Bake at 350 'F for 10 min. Cool
Frosting Recipe:
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
8 oz. powdered sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp vanilla
2 drops red food coloring
Beat all together. Spread between two cooled cookies.
I just tried this recipe myself (substituting vanilla extract for the raspberry due to allergies.) and these are by far the best cookie I have ever had. You are an amazing baker to have come up with such a good recipe <3
